非常穩定的蒸汽流
Bronkhorst® W-101A CEM 適用于精確的蒸汽流輸送，工作壓力在真空到100 bar之間，可混合最大流量 2 g/h液體和最大流量 4 ln/min載氣。溫控混合裝置與µ-FLOW液體流量計和載氣MFC組合使用，共同構成控制蒸發和混合（CEM）系統。
